Dolly Flowers …..

A leading Real Estate Professional she is a Broker Salesman in Florida and in Alabama with Properties of the Gulf Coast.  She obtained her Real Estate License in 1983, Broker’s License in 1984 and became one of the owners of a National Franchise Company in 1987. Because of the close proximity to Alabama and Resort Properties on Perdido Key and Orange Beach, AL. Dolly felt an Alabama License was necessary to be a Full Service Resort Specialist.  In 1996 Dolly was licensed in Alabama.

As of May 2015 Dolly left this franchise and associated with her daughter, Shelly, who owns Properties of the Gulf Coast, LLC in Florida & Alabama. Together they started Properties of the Gulf Coast, LLC a small boutique Real Estate Company located on the Florida & Alabama Gulf Coast. Properties of the Gulf Coast primary emphasis is on Residential Homes and Condos, along with Vacant Land either Residential or Commercial. Another area that we focus on is Development in the area. By maintaining a small Company we are able to give Exceptional Service with our Focus on our Buyers and Sellers. Basically, We simplified! 

Professionally, Dolly has the GRI, CRS, ABR , and IRES Designations. These Designations represent a continuing need to update skills to be the Best Professional possible for Her Clients. She was a member and honored by numerous company awards for successful production with the previous company . Dolly worked with this company for over 30 years. Dolly is a Past Director for the Pensacola Association of Realtors and has been Chairman of numerous committees.

Prior to a Real Estate career, Dolly was a Homemaker and a Teacher. She is a member of Gulf Breeze Methodist Church. Auburn University is her Alma Matre as well as her deceased husband’s, Leon Flowers. Dolly and her husband returned to the Gulf Coast area in 1968 and opened Brentwood Animal Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. She has two children, Jeff and Shelly, who are also Auburn graduates. So, “War Eagle” is a common cry at her home.

Dolly contributes to many Charities including Children’s Miracle Network, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Auburn Scholarship Fund, and Leukemia/Cancer Research. She also started a research fund the Dr. J. Leon Flowers Fund for Graft versus Host Disease Research at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, WA.
